DB&A, a professional management consulting firm based in Fairfax, announced today that it has partnered with MSBCoach, experts in leadership coaching, to develop a unique coaching service that is focused on fatigue risk management and safety culture-related behaviors. According to Dave Buczek, President of DB&A, MSBCoach will deliver the coaching services using experienced leadership coaches.
DB&A’s Safety Culture Through Coaching service is designed to empower employees to act on what they have learned in fatigue risk management training offered by DB&A and to promote a safety culture. “This is a natural extension of our fatigue risk management learning offerings and we are excited to partner with a quality firm like MSBCoach to help our clients reach the highest levels of proficiency.” – Dave Buczek, President of DB&A.
